wow, where should i start? the cleanliness was absolutely horrific, with rat droppings behind the couch, and the bathroom ceiling covered in mold. I was really expecting a complimentary gesture for such a terrible experience, but the unfriendly staff seemed too busy rolling their eyes. it's shocking how low some places will go nowadays.

The decor feels outdated and desperately needs a refresh!!! A thorough deep cleaning could do wonders to improve the overall atmosphere!!! Updating furniture and appliances would enhance guest comfort dramatically!!!

The reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stream and plan our day-to-day activities. The cozy common areas provided a nice spot to relax and catch up with fellow travelers, making for a more enjoyable stay.

The unit I was in had a distinct odor that wasn't quite pleasant, and the couch looked like it belonged in a junkyard, definitely needing replacement. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which might be uncomfortable in the hotter months. To make matters worse, I found rat droppings behind the couch, a not-so-welcome sight that was quite off-putting.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made check-in smooth. The location was perfect for the concert we attended in Saint Jo, making it convenient for us. We appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi during our stay, which enhanced our time there.
